ILLUSTRATION

My first drawing surface was a small door that my dad turned into a desk in our kitchen. I was prolific. Soon, pictures of robots, dolphins, bears, and monsters covered the fridge and nearby walls.

My illustrations today seek to inform or explain. My art aims to describe how something might best be built or designed. Often, my illustrations are embedded within tales. Storytelling is, again, key.

Speed and the ability to convey an idea are my two greatest pencil-pushing strengths. While I don't claim to be the best illustrator you know, I can mimic that person. And I think I could probably beat 'em in Pictionary.
